Processing Time

We encourage our Vendors to ship within 1-2 working days of the order being received. Brands based in the Organics.com warehouse are shipped within 1-2 working days. In the event of any unexpected delays with your order we will notify you.

If you’ve ordered a made-to-measure or made-to-order product, please allow for an extra 1-3 working days for your order to be processed.

All UK orders are shipped using a standard service - Please see the chart below for detailed shipping costs and shipping locations. If you have any special requests in relation to postage services/options, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate to your requests.

Postage Times

Please note that if you order from more than one Vendor you will receive multiple deliveries. We and our Vendors aim to have everything shipped to you within 2-5 working days. There can occasionally be delays within the postal services which our out of our control.

If you are placing an order outside of the United Kingdom there may be some delays to your delivery due to passing through customs.

Custom Duties

Please be aware that if you buy from outside the UK, customs and import taxes may be applied to your parcel, which you will need to pay for.
Organics and our Vendors are not liable to pay for customs duties.

Late deliveries and lost parcels

In the unlikely event, that your parcel may be late or lost in transit, you should first check with your local post office to see if the parcel is being held there for you. A ‘missed delivery’ slip will usually be left at your delivery address if a delivery attempt was made and no one was in. Also check with neighbours and in any ‘safe spaces’ where your parcel might have been left. I

If you are still unable to locate the parcel, please contact us We will gather some information from you, and ask for our delivery company to investigate.

Please be aware that a lost parcel claim can only be opened with the courier service after a fixed amount of time has passed, as follows:
• UK standard delivery: 10 days after the delivery due date
• Europe: 20 days after delivery due date
• Rest of the world: 25 days after delivery due date
