We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties We at Sshvug will take extreme care when the orders are sent and that you receive the goods in good condition when it reaches you. The fragrance once opened unfortunately slowly disappears as it mixes with the air, if you keep it wrapped in its packaging until you need to use it, that may keep the fragrance longer. The weight of the product, the colouring or designs of the products might differ from the pictures that is shown.
We aim to post your order within one - five working days of receiving your order and payment. The postage is second class and we make sure we post your post early in the morning so that the package can get to you sooner rather than later. We use Royal Mail for our postage for International post provided Royal Mail. For wholesale and over certain amount of products we will use again the Royal Mail service or will hire a delivery vehicle to do the delivery. Unfortunately, due to holidays, or busy periods you might receive the product late. Sshvug will not accept any responsibility for incorrect address and delivery delays that is caused by nature or third party. International delivery we can not be held responsible for late deliveries of the country. We will post the item as above however, delivery date may vary.If you need prices of postage to abroad please get in touch via email however overpayments of postage will be refunded once the items are posted.
We want you to be happy with our product. However, if you are not please send it back to us unused, damaged, unopened and in a re-sealable condition within the 14 days of receiving the product. We will refund or give you a different product of soap that you require. We hope that you will always be happy with our products.If after opening you are still not happy with the product once opening the soap. Please wrap the soap in another wrapping paper and return the soap to us.All cancellations must be made first with writing or contacting us as soon as you receive the order and realised there is either damage or anything that looks suspicious. Please get in touch to arrange returns and once looking at the product then we will refund or if you need another product we will replace.
