For your security, the billing name and address you provide must match that of the credit card used for payment. Exquis LLC reserves the right to cancel any order that does not match these requirements.
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after receipt (excluding weekends or holidays). All orders placed after orders processed after 2:00 PM ET will be processed the following business day and shipped out that day, based on product availability. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be processed on the following business day.
All orders are subject to bank authorization before further processing and only purchases that are authorized and approved will be shipped out.
Once the order is processed it takes between 2-3 business days based on the destination.
For purchases in the 48 contiguous states, Exquis LLC has the following shipping & handling costs:

Overseas Shipping & Handling: $40.00

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase at ExquisSkincare.com, you may return it and obtain a credit or an exchange within 30 days of purchase. Please return any unused portion of the product along with the product invoice showing proof of purchase and order number from ExquisSkincare.com using an insured, traceable method to: Exquis LLC, P.O. Box 167, Harriman, NY 10926. Items purchased only through Exqusskincare.com with an accompanying, valid invoice and order number may be accepted for exchange or return. Shipping & Handling is non-refundable.
We put the utmost care in packaging our products. Unfortunately, sometimes, despite our best efforts, products can be damaged in transit. If products are severely damaged inside of your package contact us right away by email at email@example.com with order number and invoice as proof of purchase. Please hold on to the entire parcel received in addition to the damaged materials, products, and packaging. We will contact the carrier to inspect and collect the damaged materials.
