These terms and conditions form the basis on which you can visit us and our site.  Please read them carefully as they contain important information. If you have any queries about these terms and conditions or if you have any comments or complaints on or about our site, you can contact us at info@authenticfruits.com We promise to ship our best-quality products to you in a safe, secure and reliable manner and to deal promptly with any concern you may have regarding your order…. These conditions shall apply to all sales transactions between Greatfruitsness SRL and any person, firm or company (“the Purchaser”) placing an order with Greatfruitness SRL for the manufacture and/or supply of any goods (“the Goods”). By accepting any order for Goods from the Purchaser agrees who agrees to sell and the Purchaser agrees to purchase such Goods at the price stated on Greatfruitness SRL website on the sole basis of the terms and conditions of Greatfruitness SRL stated herein. PURCHASING GOODS When purchasing goods on this Website you warrant that the personal information which you are required to provide when you register as a customer is true, accurate and current in all respects. If your personal information changes then please notify us immediately by contacting us on info@authenticfruits.com You agree not to impersonate any other person, business or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorized to use. You place your order request for goods from the Website by clicking on the confirm order button at the end of the on-line order process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the Website. RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order in accordance with the Cancellation section of the Site, our acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place when we have dispatched the goods ordered by you. To cancel your order after it has been dispatched to you, you will need to follow the Returns Policy & Procedure. We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, we are unable to obtain authorization for your payment or if we identify a product or pricing error. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. If we are unable to fulfill your order following our order acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this. COMPLAINTS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE The Purchaser should inform Greatfruitsness SRL immediately of any problems. Complaints are taken very seriously by Greatfruitsness SRL and will be dealt with within 5 working days, although the majority of complaints will be corrected within a few hours. Please note that the Purchaser is also welcome to contact Greatfruitsness SRL on any issue related to their order on the email listed above. Greatfruitsness SRL main operating hours are from 9:00 (GMT +1) to 5:30pm (GMT +1), from Monday to Friday. PRICING Prices for Goods include VAT where applicable as well as standard packaging. The price does not include the delivery of the order to the Purchaser. This is an additional cost, unless otherwise stated. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information including product descriptions appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order. DELIVERY Orders are normally dispatched within 5 working days of receipt – saying that, orders are usually sent out and shipped within 24hours of order. However, in some cases such as over weekends and bank holidays, your order will be shipped the next business day. The standard delivery prices listed on the website include a 3-7 day delivery service to the UK mainland. Deliveries to other countries will also be between 2-7 days, depending upon the destination. Prices also vary depending on the location. We accept orders and ship to UK, Germany, Belgium, France, Portugal and Netherlands addresses only. Greatfruitsness SRL does not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party. As soon as you have received the goods, you will assume all risk in the goods. Upon delivery of the goods to you, we will also provide you with sufficient details to enable you to: a) exercise your right of cancellation; and b) address any intended cancellation or complaints to the correct place of business. If you have not received the entire order as detailed in the order confirmation email sent to you when an order is received, please contact Greatfruitsness SRL. PRODUCT AND PRODUCT VARIATIONS Please bear in mind that our products are hand-blended and packed in small volumes. If you have any problems or queries, please let us know. We attempt to be as accurate as possible to the extent permitted by applicable law and we do not warrant that product descriptions, on the Website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Any products and services, and any samples thereof, we may provide to you are for personal use only. You may not sell or re-sell any of the products or services, and any samples thereof, you receive from us. WEBSITE All content available on the Website, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, data compilations, and software, and the compilation thereof (the “Content”) is the property of Greatfruitsness SRL, our affiliates, our partners or our licensors, and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. Nothing may be reproduced in whole or part by electronic means or in print without the prior written permission of the company. We are not responsible for the content of any off-Website pages or any other websites linked to or from the Website. SAMPLES Because we are still a small business in all senses of the word, we are sadly unable to supply goods on approval nor are we able to supply free samples of our teas by post. FORCE MAJEURE Greatfruitsness SRL will exercise every reasonable effort to meet the requested dispatch date. Greatfruitsness SRL shall not, however, be liable for any loss or damage due to delays or failure to ship resulting from any cause beyond its reasonable control, such as but not limited to compliance with laws or regulations, acts of God, acts or omissions of the Purchaser, acts of civil or military authority, judicial action, defaults of sub-contractors or suppliers, labor disputes, failure or delays in transportation, embargoes, wars or riots.
All deliveries: Orders are normally dispatched within 48 hours after the reception of the order but no later than 3 working days but please allow up to seven working days for delivery; if there is likely to be a delay beyond seven working days, we will inform you as soon as possible. We cannot arrange deliveries on weekends or on Bank Holidays. Please be aware that your presence at home is mandatory as you will need to sign the delivery proof or please leave instructions in the order page when placing your order for the driver to leave the parcel in a safe place. If you are ordering a product from outside the UK the recipient of the product is responsible for all customs duties or tariffs including TAX incurred in the country to which the products are shipped. Furthermore, your order may be subject to delay or be opened and searched by local customs authorities when entering the destination country. Please note we are unable to provide specific advice on customs duties or tariffs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging. Additional non-returnable items: - Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to a mistake from our part. - Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. - You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. - Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it might take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during delivery.
