STORAGE

Our Alassala Extra Virgin Cold pressed Organic Argan Oil come in a clear Marasca glass bottle. The oil may become cloudy at temperature less than 10 C. This is normal and the oil will clear on gentle worming or in room temperature. We recommend that the oils and pastes are stored in dry place away from sunlight. Our Alassala Organic Argan Oil for Hair and Skin Care comes in Certified Plastic Airless Bottle. The oil may become cloudy at temperature less than 10 C. This is normal and the oil will clear in room temperature.

DISPATCH AND CARRIAGE

We can only accept orders through the web site for delivery to addresses on the UK Mainland. For deliveries to the Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and EU countries please contact us. Orders are dispatched Mondays to Saturdays and are sent out by overnight couriers. We use First Class Recorded Delivery Service. Please be aware that a signature is required by the courier to confirm receipt of delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for any parcels not being delivered due to incorrect delivery information or non deliveries due to recipient being away at time of delivery. So please make sure when placing your order that you give us an alternative delivery address if this is likely to happen to accept your delivery.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Orders below £30.00 are charged at £3.95 per delivery address. Orders over £30.00 are FREE. Delivery is to mainland UK only. Delivery within the EU is charged at a flat rate of £14.70. For delivery outside the EU please contact us directly.

If a problem should occur with any of our products or our service you must contact us immediately and we will do all in our power to correct the problem as swiftly and efficiently as possible for you. In the event of a product or service not being satisfactory to you, you will be required to contact us immediately by writing and return the goods in their entirety unopened package within 24 hours to receive full reimbursement for all charges incurred. You can cancel your order any time before delivery and up to 7 working days after delivery. To do this you are required to contact us by email. We'll refund your money, excluding the original postage, within 30 days. If you do cancel then I'm afraid you must return the goods to us at your own expense and you'll also be responsible for the risk of loss or damage in transit.
