Return Policy

Return policy If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase at, you may return it and obtain a credit or an exchange within 30 days of purchase. Please return any unused portion of the product along with the product invoice showing proof of purchase and order number from using an insured, traceable method to: Exquis LLC, P.O. Damaged Items We put the utmost care in packaging our products. Unfortunately, sometimes, despite our best efforts, products can be damaged in transit. If products are severely damaged inside of your package contact us right away by email at with order number and invoice as proof of purchase. Please hold on to the entire parcel received in addition to the damaged materials, products, and packaging. We will contact the carrier to inspect and collect the damaged materials.
