Shipping Policy
Normal delivery days are Monday to Friday. All parcels will be sent by our nominated delivery company. We use Royal Mail for EU delivery, My Hermes and UPS delivery companies for deliveries within the UK. All dispatches will be made within 24-48 hours after order received on weekdays. All products for Expedited delivery are subject of stock availability. If ordered products are not in stock, you will be informed by email and product will be dispatched within 48 hours. All orders received Friday to Sunday, public holiday days, Christmas and Easter time will be dispatched next working day.
All orders for Standard delivery within the UK mainland is Free of charge.
Expedited delivery within the UK Mainland (1-2 working days) is charged £6.50
Standard delivery to EU countries is charged £9.00
Return Policy
Beauty Expression (UK) Limited does not accept any returns unless prior agreement. Buyer must make sure they have all necessary information about the product before purchase. When items are ordered in error or they are not as expected buyer must contact us within the 14 working days to arrange a return.
Nail Polishes, Nail Care Products, Skin Care Products, Hair Care Products, UV Gel Products and some Depilatory products cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
